Staploe Education Trust Join Anglian Learning 

Staploe Education Trust joined Anglian Learning on 1 January 2026, following a successful transfer project managed by Gail Khan Associates. 

Gail Khan Associates supported the Trust throughout the transfer process, providing end-to-end project management and working closely with Staploe Education Trust, Anglian Learning, the DfE, Lawyers and external stakeholders. The project, which included four schools, was delivered to agreed timescales, with a strong emphasis on governance, risk management and clear communication at every stage. 

The transfer enables Staploe Education Trust to become part of a well-established multi-academy trust, supporting long-term sustainability and collaboration, while ensuring continuity for pupils, staff and families.
