Principal’s Survey for The Elliot Foundation

The annual Principal’s Survey at The Elliot Foundation Academies Trust (TEFAT) took place in November 2021 with the final report and recommendations made to the Trust in December.  Over 26 schools participated in the review, they each responded to an online survey which was in turn followed up by a combination of physical and virtual meetings.  The review considers the impact of the Trust central capacity in support of the schools and also asks “3 Big Questions”.  Feedback will now feed into the Trust priorities and planning for the next 12 months and beyond.  Thank you to everyone at TEFAT who contributed and made the report possible.
