GKA Supports Merger of South York Multi-Academy Trust and The STAR Multi-Academy Trust to form Yorkshire Learning Trust

We are delighted that the Minerva Learning Trust and Cavendish Learning Trust have announced the official completion of their merger, creating a new and expanded organisation that will now operate as Minerva Learning Trust.   Gail Khan Associates worked with Cavendish Learning Trust and Minerva Learning Trust, conducting due diligence and project managing the merger process.
