  • Social Media Management: Establishing streamlined processes for social media management. Developing a content strategy, creating visual assets for posts, and ensuring consistent messaging across platforms. 
  • Press Releases: Writing and distributing press releases to local media, ensuring effective communication of key messages. 
  • Staff Recruitment Campaign Planning: Developing and implementing staff recruitment campaigns, including social media collateral, website content, case studies, co-ordination of video content production, event management, and progression route materials. 
  • Trust Branding: Developing materials that embed the brand across the trust, e.g., posters for Visions and Values, Safeguarding, PREVENT, etc. Developing brand guidelines, letterhead, email footers, etc. Reputation management, raising Trust profile. 
  • Marketing Recruitment Plans: Designing and executing marketing strategies to drive key outcomes, such as increasing Year 7 or Sixth Form admissions through targeted campaigns and content. Developing destination case studies and careers materials to raise the aspirations of younger pupils.
