Heritage MAT Welcomes Spring Grove Junior, Infant and Nursery School and Moorlands Primary School to the Trust Family 

Celebrating Growth and Partnership! 🎉 

We’re delighted to share that, on 1st September 2025, Spring Grove Junior, Infant and Nursery School and Moorlands Primary School will officially join Heritage Multi Academy Trust, marking the next exciting chapter in the trust’s growth journey. 

GKA has been a proud partner to Heritage MAT from its very beginning, helping to establish the new trust in April 2025 and supporting the onboarding of its first schools, Lindley Junior School and Salendine Nook High School. 

Since then, we have worked alongside the trust to strengthen governance and operations, steer legal processes, and manage the smooth integration of new member schools. For these two latest schools, we oversaw the entire conversion from TUPE to legal agreements, collaborating with the schools, the MAT, and the DfE to deliver on tight deadlines. And with summer holidays in full swing, we kept momentum high, proving our work doesn’t stop when schools do.  

We congratulate Spring Grove Junior, Infant and Nursery School and Moorlands Primary on joining the Heritage MAT family and look forward to seeing the positive impact this expanded collaboration will have on pupils, staff, and the wider community.
