After an unsuccessful first attempt to apply for a Studio School for Walsall, Gail Khan Associates were appointed by the Vine Trust Group to facilitate and manage a second submission. The role in the application phase included generating evidence of demand, facilitating the governance proposals and providing educational challenge to the curriculum planning and timetabling.
The team at Gail Khan Associates developed the project plan and ensured the delivery of a high quality bid. This was ultimately successful in moving forward to the pre-opening phase and subsequent opening. The team also managed the pre-opening phase, providing structure, meeting all DfE deadlines, delivering solutions to challenges and ensuring the school opened on time and to budget.
Most recently, Gail Khan Associates are delighted to be appointed to manage a second new school application for an Alternative Provision Free School for Walsall.
