Gail Khan Associates were appointed to manage the formation of this new Multi-Academy Trust and to project manage the conversion of four Academies into the new Trust. All of these schools; Bridgeview, Whitehouse, Sullivan and Thorpepark converted on time and to budget despite complexities linked to buildings and IT contracts.
Since the Trust was formed in September 2015 Gail and her team have offered continued strategic, governance, project management and financial leadership and support to the Trust. This has included mentoring and advising senior colleagues, informing policy and procedure and ensuring in the first year of operation that the Trust is compliant.
