Minerva Learning Trust and Cavendish Learning Trust Officially Merge to Form Stronger, Unified Trust 

We are delighted that the Minerva Learning Trust and Cavendish Learning Trust have announced the official completion of their merger, creating a new and expanded organisation that will now operate as Minerva Learning Trust.  

Gail Khan Associates worked with Cavendish Learning Trust and Minerva Learning Trust, conducting due diligence and project managing the merger process. The year-long process was slightly delayed due to the July 2024 election but has now been fully finalised, ensuring a successful transition. 

On 1st December 2024, Cavendish Learning Trust integrated into Minerva Learning Trust, combining the strengths and expertise of both trusts to create a unified network of ten schools across Sheffield and Derbyshire. This exciting merger brings together schools from both regions to share resources, best practices, and opportunities, ultimately enhancing the educational experience for students and staff alike.
